We have arranged the possibility to order a pickup with a driver in connection with your booking for 60 USD each way. To make it more comfortable for you.
When we receive your booking request we send you an email where we specify what you have booked and the total amount. In the email there will be a link for you to click on, that will bring you to PayPals payment system. Through PayPal you can pay with a Mastercard and VISA card.
You can also pay directly through the bank transfer system if you prefer that. We will send you all bank information in the confirmation email.
NOTE! it is only when we have received the money that the booking is completed. If you do a booking and do not pay within 3 days, the booking will be removed within 7 days.
If you need to cancel more than 60 days before the check-in date, you will get 80% of the payment back for the hotel room and 100% of other extra services. If you cancel 59-8 days before the check-in date, you will get back 40% of the payment for the room and 100% of other services. If you cancel less than 8 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund for hotel rooms and 80% refund for extra services.
Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If you wish to keep the room longer on the day of check-out, and we do not have a new guest, you can do so for a fee of 10 USD. You are of course welcome to stay in the hotel area before check-in and after check-out.
